FRIDAY FOOD FOR THOUGHT

When people act shady, allow them. When people betray your trust, allow them. But never, ever sink to their level. Their choices are a direct reflection of who they are, not who you are. No matter how angry , hurt or disappointed you may be do not allow them to make you bitter. BE BETTER, React with love. Sometimes that means retaliating with understanding and compassion, other times it means retaliating with acceptance or sheer silence.

Happy New Month to you!!! I am particular about this month because its my BIRTH MONTH and i would love for everyday to be very special, from my daily activities to my thoughts to how i go about achieving my goals.

WHAT I AM

Sometimes you ask yourself, who you really are??? Are you the good daughter, the selfish friend or the hard-worker! Sometimes the answers never come when you want them too and you keep pondering, trying to feel among but you always feel out of place. You may also encounter challenges and you wonder how to go about it but for today being the 27th day in the month of February I would love for us to talk about something that would guide us to finding ourselves, which is EMOTIONAL MATURITY.

The moment I opened my mouth to respond was when I realised I had landed myself in some trouble. I looked the man in the eye and said;

I walked into the mall, feeling the eyes as they followed me.  Not one pair. Not two. There must have been about a million. I passed each stall and people fell silent and just stared openly at me.

You see, I can very conveniently wear a dress that is long and flowing. I can pick out a floral scarf and wrap it beautifully making my outfit complete and nice. I love to be covered and trendy, there’s always a level of pride each time I step out all covered and nice, especially  when I get lots of likes on the social media. I feel like I am making impact in my own little way.

Yay!!!! It's LEEMA's first modelling job and am super excited to share this journey with you all. I got this opportunity to be a magazine's girl for this  amazing group "Break or make us " that has been saving relationships since 1960 *wink*.
